• Produced in a state of the art block factory which is situated on 5 acres of land approximately 500m from the
Housing Site
• Workforce of 85 local staff and operators produce up to 20,000 blocks per day using purpose made compression presses.
• 10,000,000 blocks required for Beaufort Project
• A blend of naturally occurring clays and sands blended with cement and compressed to form a uniform block that is equivalent to
manufactured bricks.
• Blocks are produced in a variety of colours, we produce 3 different colours at the moment for the project
