    WOMENS LACROSSE Weekly Release #4 - April 5, 2010 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

    Notes:Amherstjunior midfielder Kelley Trapp (Monterey, Calif.) posted two goals and fouassists during a 2-0 week for the Jeffs. In an 8-7 win over Bates on Saturday, Trapp tallie

    twice before assisting on the game-winning goal...Bates sophomore attacker Joan ONe

    (Westwood, Mass.) added to her scoring totals this season with seven goals and four assist

    over setbacks to Tufts (17-14) and Amherst (8-7) last week. Against the Jumbos, ONe

    had a career-high five goals. She leads Bates in scoring with 18 goals and five assists.

    Colby senior attacker Amy Campbell (North Andover, Mass.) had five goals - including bot

    of her teams tallies in overtime - in an 11-10 victory at Middlebury on Saturday. Campbe

    leads the Mules in scoring with 26 goals and five assists...Connecticut College junio

    midfielder Abby Hill (Stoneham, Mass.) collected six goals, an assist, four ground balls

    three draw controls and three caused turnovers in a 1-1 week for the Camels. Hill score

    three goals, caused three turnovers and had two ground balls in a 12-11 loss to Bowdoin o

    Saturday...Middleburyfirst year Michaela Colbert (Topsfield, Mass.) netted five goals ove

    a pair of games last week for the Panthers...Trinity junior midfielder Rachel Romanowsk

    (Hampstead, N.H.) recorded six goals, an assist, six draw controls, and four grounders i

    a 2-0 week for the Bantams. Romanowsky had three goals and three draw controls in

    6-5 win at Union Thursday...Tufts senior attacker Emily Johnson (Yarmouth, Maine) tallie

    eight goals and dished out three assists in a 2-0 week for the Jumbos. Of her eight goals

    six came against Wesleyan on Saturday, including three in a row that turned a 15-12 lea

    into an 18-12 advantage to help Tufts pull away...Wesleyan junior attackers Jess Chukw

    (Evanston, Ill.) and Allie Lynch (Greenwich, Conn.) led the Cardinals offense in an 18-1

    setback to Tufts. Chukwu had three goals while Lynch added two scores along with tw

    helpers...Williams senior attacker Tina Nawrocki (Winchester, England) came away wit

    four goals and three assists during a 1-2 week for the Ephs. In a 13-6 win over Buffalo S

    on Thursday, Nawrocki scored two goals and assisted on two others.

    Womens Lacrosse Player of the Week

    Sarah Warnke, Colby(Junior, Goaltender - Lakeville, Conn.)

    Warnke recorded 14 saves (.583 save percentage), with eight stops occurrin

    in the second half and in overtime, in an 11-10 win at Middlebury on Saturda

    afternoon in the Mules lone game last week. She also scooped up seven groun

    balls and had a draw control. The victory was the 30th of her career at Colby, a

    she is now 30-6 over three seasons.
