if you have specific requirements or proposal in mind, the price packages can be customized to match

your needs.

The following terms are used when describing the reproduction rights granted by Barbara Gasior

Photography Studio DBA: G32 Photo and Art Gallery,” Photographer” to the Client.

PAYMENT TIMELINES – All invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise specified by Photographer. Invoices not paid within 15 days will be subject to a penalty of 5% per month or fraction thereof on the unpaid amount. If Client pays within five days a 3% discount may be taken. PROMOTIONAL USE – Photographer reserves the right to distribute, publish, modify, edit, enhance, photograph and/or reproduce, or otherwise display for Photographer’s promotional and marketing needs any work Photographer creates for Client, including mock-ups and comprehensive presentations, as samples for our portfolio, firm newsletter, brochures, websites, social media sites, news features, slide presentations and similar media.

AUTHORIZATION TO AUDIT RECORDS – Client hereby gives Photographer complete authorization to audit any usage, and authorizes any publisher, printer, web designer or web publisher, advertising agency, designer or design agency, or any other entity which may have any information on the use of any image, product, or service provided to Client by Photographer to release such information to Photographer at Photographer’s request. Any fees associated with the auditing or acquisition of the records are payable by Client to the applicable Third Parties.

Internal Use Only: The right to use the pictures only within Client for non-commercial purposes,

publication in a free in-house magazine not normally available to the public, exhibition within the

Client’s premises, editorial use in the Client’s internet site (not applicably GOLDE Package patrons).
