Rituparna GhoshAVP, Global Workforce Transitions & M&A Wipro

With over 20 years of experience, Rituparna (Ritu) Ghosh, is an agilist and a practicing Servant Leader. Responsible for driving new ways of working to enable Digital transformation, she is a strong advocate of supporting teams to adopt and adapt to this change. She thrives in an environment of change and has successfully driven multiple transformation initiatives as a part of her career. Her core philosophy of transformation in the Digital era is centred around people. Enabling individual to shift their paradigms by calibrating the existing systems, processes and tools is close to her heart. A part of Wipro Digital, she not only enables the delivery teams but she works closely with customers in their transformation journey. Prior to her current role, Ritu headed the Continuous Improvement initiatives in Wipro. As a part of this, she lead the Lean, Six Sigma and Agile transformation initiatives across the organisation. In this role, she designed and implemented a bottom-up strategy, based on continuous improvement to drive a cultural change within the organisation and deliver measurable benefit to the projects. Ritu has also led Wipro’s Process Consulting business for the non-Americas and built a 500+ team of consultants, while delivering a 92% CAGR. In this role she has designed and delivered multiple enterprise level process transformation solutions. Ritu is an MBA in Marketing and Strategy. She is a certified Black Belt in DMAIC and trained in Lean, CMM®, CMMI®, ITIL® and Agile. She has several white papers in her name which have been published in industry bodies like SEI and ANQ.

GRACE YIP Managing Director Accenture

Grace is a passionate human capitalist - believing that the best companies are those that are able to effectively leverage their talent in a volatile, uncertain and increasingly complex world we live and operate in. She is currently the Head of HR for Accenture ASEAN. Grace is responsible for our ASEAN talent strategy, HR service delivery and ASEAN HR business partners locally to bring our talent ambition to life in this important growth market. She is part of the Global HR Management Committee. Prior to this, she was Chief Operating Officer of Group HR for DBS Bank. DBS is a leading financial services group in Asia, with over 280 branches across 18 markets and a workforce of 22,000 employees. It was recognised as the World’s best digital bank by EuroMoney 2016. It was also recognized as Asia’s best employer by Aon Hewitt 2016, 2017. Grace is responsible for building and running new HR capabilities such as Human Capital Analytics, HR communications and marketing, HR innovation, employee experience and journeys. Before becoming a human resources practitioner, Grace was a Managing Director at Accenture with 15 years’ experience and a track record of achieving business outcomes for her clients. She delivered more than 20 projects across Financial Services companies in a number of countries in Asia as well as the Public Service in Singapore. This includes a total of four years on DBS projects, specifically Core Banking and Post Merger Integration Planning. Her primary focus is on architecting and delivering human capital strategy and solutions with her clients to achieve business growth, transformation or major program outcomes. Grace made Managing Director in 2012, one of the youngest females to do so in Singapore. Over the years, she has received multiple leadership awards in Accenture. Her last role at Accenture was the lead for Management Consulting business in ASEAN for the Health and Public Service Group. Over the last five years, Grace has written and published a number of researches and articles across a variety of human capital topics which have been picked up by a number of newspapers, business and HR magazines across Asia. She has also done a number of live and recorded interviews across her various roles in Accenture and DBS Bank. Grace also serves as a judge for Singapore’s public service, Excellence in public service award, Best Practice award (2 year term 2017-2018).

Anne Lepissier is a Consumer Electronics expert and sales veteran, having spent more than 20-years at various consumer electronics giants including LG, Canon and Microsoft, working on computing, gaming, consumer electronics and photography products and services.She is a graduate of the International Business School of Paris and Institute of Management in New York and Tokyo, and has worked in various European countries, leading regional and local Sales, Marketing and Category Management teams before moving to Asia in 2016. Anne joined Microsoft in 2013 as UK Sales Director to lead the sales team that established Xbox as the No.1 gaming ecosystem in the UK before joining the Microsoft APAC Consumer Channel Group as the APAC Retail Sales and Marketing General Manager. Anne has been appointed as South-East Asia Consumer and Devices Sales General Manager in July 2017 leading teams across 8 countries, leading sales, marketing and industry partnership over 17 countries.As a mother and as a leader of South-East Asia, Anne is passionate to bring Microsoft mission to life: Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.

JULIANA GIM Managing Director International SOS

As the Managing Director of International SOS Singapore, Juliana oversees the entire business in Singapore including operations which is the Assistance Centre (the heart of our operations) as well as Sales & Marketing. She has business and management responsibilities for markets in countries like Singapore, Brunei, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Maldives. Juliana also has an expanded role of Managing Director, Business Development, Government Services, Asia. She will focus her business development efforts in Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.Prior to joining International SOS in 2013, she was the Managing Director in a reputable Logistics Organisation responsible for Thailand and Singapore. She has been in the Logistics and Transportation Industry for more than 26 years and has held many senior positions based in various countries. She holds a MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.Having worked in many developed and developing countries in managing staff strength as high as 4000 employees, Juliana brings with her a wealth of management experiences to International SOS.

Sonali holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and Law. Confirmation: Halcyon Group will confirm your participation after receiving signed registration form. The delegate will receive the invoice within 48hrs of sending the signed form via email. The hotel details will be sent to the delegate, two to three weeks before the date of commencement of the Summit.

Cancellations:Made one month prior to the start of the conference will be refunded less than 50% of administration charge. Refunds will be made after the conference. Cancellations made within one month of the Summit start date will receive no refund. Substitutes of delegates are accepted within 4 working day prior to the day of the Summit.

Vis Major:While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event, Halcyon Group reserves the right to change event dates, sites or locations, omit event features, or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that Halcyon Group permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any vis major occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is it merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently canceled event. Dispute Resolutions:All disputes arising from the present contract and/or in connection with it, shall be finally decided with the Arbitration Court attached to The Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic.
