Maintenance

• Tesla offers “house calls” to Tesla owners and charges $1/mile from the nearest Tesla service center with a minimum charge of $100.

• Requires less routine service than internal combustion engines because it has fewer movable parts.

• Tesla just recommends to get it inspected once a year or every 12,000 miles.

• It takes the roadster only 4 hours to charge if it was completely empty.
