The ChallengesThe Challenges
h Large Committee too unwieldy
h Appointed ‘Champions’ don’t necessarily make the grade
h Individuals see what they want in the system and not what is real
h Systemising bad practices
h System needs to be available immediately after training or better still before
h The expected easy parts of the system were overly complicated and happily vice-versa
Pioneers in service since 1870.
The ChallengesThe Challenges
h Replicate the live environment
h Go live clients changed at both sites
h Composition of the implementation task force changed
h People get carried away with capability and it then becomes all things to all men
h Once we had the system we started selling the system and not the process
h Setting the system up
Pioneers in service since 1870.
