By pressing or prior to selecting a product increase or decrease the coffee straight.

Daily system clean - WMF 1200S (Basic Milk)To be performed at the end of each day

1. Access the care program by touching the care symbol (Right of C)

2. Press the + key to move to the desired cleaning program - Clean and switch off OR Clean and stay on

3. Press P to access the cleaning program

4. Empty the drip tray and used coffee grounds container

5. Confirm by pressing P that the drip tray and coffee grounds container have been emptied.

6. Confirm by pressing P that you will soak the milk frother in cleaning solution once a week - See weekly milk cleaning procedure.

7. Add 300ml of cold water and 15ml of Cafetto daily cleaning solution (Prod. 71144) to a cleaning jug.

8. Remove the milk tube from the milk and and place it into the solution.

9. Place the second cleaning jug under the milk / coffee combi spout.

10.Press P to start the milk clean.

11.Open the cleaning tablet chute cover, insert a cleaning tablet and close the cover.

12.Touch P to start the clean.

13.The cleaning process takes approx. 7 minutes.

Weekly milk system clean - WMF 1200S

1. Pull forward the lever behind the combi spout

2. Remove combi spout

3. Release the chocolate mixer hose (if present)

4. Remove the milk hose from its path from the combi spout to the milk fridge

5. Add 15ml of Cafetto weekly cleaning solution (Product code 71145) to 250mm of warm drinking water

6. Dismantle combi spout

7. Immerse one end of the milk hose in the cleaning solution and progressively feed the rest of the hose into the solution. This prevents air bubbles.

8. Place all 3 parts of combi spout in the cleaning solution

9. Soak all parts for 5 hours and clean thoroughly with the brush

10. Rinse 3 combi spout parts and milk hose with water

11. Rinse the chocolate mixer hose with water (if present)

12. Feed the milk hose from the milk fridge to the combi spout

13. Reassemble combi spout

14. Insert mixer hose

15. Refit the combi spout
