out the rest of there lives in a happy environment, it’s a must that more homes are implemented so that no one is left on a waiting list. The quicker that this is done, the quicker that the older individuals can relax enjoy there retirement.

soon in order to keep up with the increasing number of older individuals residing at the homes. These facilities could be anywhere from areas to engage in a range of activities, café’s and a place where residents can relax and socialize.

• If the population increased in aged care they would need more funds, more workers, more facilities, more room, more food, more everything and that requires money that a lot o places wont have which means they would need to regain money from the government. The government may not have enough money to support these needs and will have to increase tax payers to help support these aged cares home, and people are already struggling to pay tax, increasing it will certainly disturb the dynamic and have people upset due the fact that the government should be paying for these sorts of things.

• If the population increased in aged care homes that would mean for there would need to be more nurses hired for the job and that is something most places cannot afford, therefore they would need more money from the government if possible or even tax payers increase to support these obligations.

• If the population increased in aged care homes that would mean there would be longer waiting list for aged cares homes as most of them will be full, and there would be old people needing to get in but have to wait a long time due to the homes not having any rooms available.
