Allow me to paint a picture for you…
As you color this mandala, you begin to see the connections and rhythms in your body.You see how every month you have the same dip in energy, or �esty �re, maybe it's a time you can't �t into your pants and you notice that you're eating a lot more sugar that week.
Or you notice a headache that comes the same time each month.
There's SO much information waiting for you to gather it.
You see the moon, the tides, the seasons in your own body.This connection extends to the women around you.
You are more con�dent.
You are more YOU.
The people around you feel the love that is generated from this connection.They see the power embracing the feminine is bringing to you.

Moon - Phase of the moon
Crescent & �ame around the moon - Our energy is often connected to the moon. This is an opportunity to chart your energy for the day. I suggest a di�erent color for di�erent kinds of energy, keep a little color chart and what they mean on the next page. Then color in how much energy accordingly.
Garden - This represents your self-care and symptoms. You'll notice the more your coloring in self-care the less you'll be coloring symptoms! I'll be coloring the garden as my self-care area, and the hearts �oating above my symptoms, the leaves extra self-care. Here’s a suggestion: Pick a color you love for days when you have no symptoms. Keep this consistent so you can see clearly your feel good days.
There are so many di�erent ways you can use this garden! Have some fun and see what works for you. Over time the �owers and hearts will bloom with feel good days more often!
Flower - This is for recording your emotions. You have a whole day and there are 6 major emotions. Pick colors that represent what works for you. You may see red as love, others think anger/danger. I like to use a couple petals to represent if I'm feeling introverted or extroverted. If you were happy all day color the whole �ower that color. If you started out grumpy but changed to happy and ended in love color three petals the colors you’ve chosen for those three emotions.
Heart - Arousal and Sexual Activity. This heart has two sides. One is how sexual you feel. You may want a few di�erent colors to capture your di�erent moods, or you may just want to color it in if you feel aroused, or not if you don’t. The other side is sexual activity. Did you get to the big O? With or without a partner? Protected or not? Not all of this will apply to you so make your own codes for this. Perhaps a big O in the middle, maybe blue for condoms or green for not…
Apple - Eating and Cravings. This is a great way for you to track cravings, days you ate to support your hormones, days that you ate just to have fun! Keep this judgement free, you just want to see how your food a�ects your body, your mood, your energy, see the connections. Be a researcher, not a mean girl!
Star - Cervix position. This is great to color in based on how open (for example don’t color in the center if she’s open) a dot to show position, and a bigger dot to show if she’s low/smaller dot if she’s high. If you don’t want to track your cervix, what about recording meditation here instead? Color in the small circle for seated meditation and the star for moving. Or Movement! How are you moving your body?
Drops - Color in red for menstruation. Color in all the drops for heavy �ow days, less for less. Add texture if you have clots or mucus in your blood �ow. If you have spotting before or after, use the small drop and color with with the corresponding color; many women have brown spotting. Make sure to note that, you may want to use a brown markers or colored pencils. I like to use di�erent shades of red as well! Pick a di�erent color to represent your phases through your cycle. While you’re in Follicular pick a color, I like light green. Then in Ovulation pick a di�erent color, I use orange, in Luteal pick a di�erent color, I love purple here. Chart your cervical �uid during these phases. I suggest coloring in one drop during the other phases mean dry, two meaning there was �uid (adding texture to show the di�erent kinds of cervical �uid) and all three for heavier days.
If you are no longer menstruating or have never menstruated, or really even if you are, this is yours! You can use whatever colors you want!
Circles - Temperature. Generally your temp will be in the F 97-97.7 / C 36.11-36.5 degree range, during ovulation you may go as high as F 99 / C 37.2 degrees . Then color up the decimal points. If you’re in the low F 96’s / C 35.5 (or lower) you may have hypo-thyroid or Hashimoto’s. Another use for the circles could be to track your sleep if this is something you struggle with. Do you manage to maintain consistent sleep habits, are you even getting enough? Keep track of when you struggle to sleep and when you are getting enough. Does it coincide with anything else going on in your cycle?
Fan Base - Color in if you've had a bowel movement for the day, healthy digestion is very important for hormonal balance and ideally we expel daily. Perhaps you often have loose stool and you want to track that vs healthy poops. Choose two colors... may I even go so far as to suggest two tones of brown?
Ultimately this is just a guide, you use the chart how you need it to suit your body and your needs.
