With over 1,500 donuts hand fried and hand topped, I could not have asked for a more successful opening event.

I tell this story in order to contrast it with our second year at the Amery Fall Festival. After realizing our need for a larger trailer, I used the next summer to create one. Once again, the Fall Festival was where Holy Donuts 2.0 was revealed. Rather than selling 1,500 donuts out of one trailer over one day, Holy Donuts sold over 6,000 donuts out of two trailers over 2 days at the 2017 Fall Festival. Rather than employ three people to help create the donuts, I hired over 20 people the second year. It is an amazing feeling to contrast our growth between Fall Festivals, and I could not be more proud of where Holy Donuts is today.
