As Soon as You Book Your Wedding: I send a questionnaire to get all

your details, so I can start planning your shoot.

44 Weeks Before Your Wedding: Your nal payment is due.

2 Weeks Before Your Wedding: We conrm the details from your ques-

tionnaire and address changes or questions.

Your Wedding Day: I follow your timeline as your day unfolds.

1 Week After Your Wedding: Sneak peek images are posted to

Facebook for your friends and family to view.

66 Weeks After Your Wedding: At your viewing session, edited images

and your album design are revealed and we place orders for prints,

canvases and other items. Your online gallery is delivered.

8 Weeks After Your Wedding: Your wedding album arrives. Most of

your other printed items should already be in your hands (you get

them the next business day after ordering!)

A SMOOTH FLOW TO YOUR SPECIAL DAY. | Memorable wed-

dings dont just happen. They take a bit of organization. To ensure

a smooth ow of beautifully captured memories of your day, a

timeline of wedding events will help guide your planning. These

are mearly suggestions, and everything will be custom to your big

day.

GETTING READY: THE BRIDE & GROOM

1.5 to 2.0 hours

Plan for some additional time for photos at the salon, or hotel, and

if youre planning a rst look.

THE WEDDING CEREMONY

15 minutes to 1.5 hours

TheThe length of your ceremony may vary widely. Afterward, allow

more time for formal portraits (if planned) to allow your guests

to leave the church or venue.

FORMAL GROUP & FAMILY PORTRAITS

30 minutes

Formal portrait timing can vary widely depending on group size

and family/group combinations.

WEDDIWEDDING PARTY & THE NEWLYWEDS

30 minutes to 45 minutes

Timing can depend largely on the venue, size of the bridal party

ne art album is a permanent heirloom you will enjoy, share and

pass down a meaningful connection to your wedding day that

ABOUT MY WEDDING ALBUMS

TTo create your wedding album we will spend time together choosing the

best imagees to represent your day. It will be tough to narrow them down,

but we will ensure the ones selected will help you remember every details

from start to nish. Your package may come with an album, and those

specciations are all changeable. Most will be 8x8 with 20 thick pages

from and back. You can upgrade your album in several dierent ways

which we will discuss once we have our album consulation.

How is my gallery delivered?

Online galleries are delivered directly to YOU and only you

via email. If you want to share with family, you will just for-

ward them the email with the information.

How do I receive my prints?

Prints and products will be available for pick up at our

oice when they are delivered!

What types of payments do you take?

Almost all payments are done via credit card with square.

All payments are subject to tax.

When is my deposit due?

In order to secure your wedding date, your deposit and the

signing of the contract are due immediately. Your date is

not reserver until then.

Is my deposit applied to my balance?

InIn most cases yes, however, the deposit is non-refundable

so if something changes, a new deposit may be required.

Will you help me with my shot list?

Of course we will! We will gure out TOGETHER the most

important shots to you and see how we c an ensure that we

get them on your big day.
