• Level IndicationIndicates four level on overhead tank (such as 25%, 50%, 75% & 100%) and two level in sump (such as 50% and 100%) instantaneously. These levels can be customized based on the customer need by adjusting sensor positions.

• Dry-Run ProtectionInbuilt dry run protection to avoid pump damages. Dry-run protection shall be enabled, if water is not flowing to overhead tank for specific time period, due to any reason, our controller will switch OFF the pump and buzzer will be activated with LED indication. Water flowing to the overhead tank is indicated by the set of running LEDs.

• Voltage ProtectionInbuilt voltage sensing technology provides surge protection, whenever voltage level changes to high or low, immediately pump will be switched OFF and kept it OFF condition until voltage becomes normal level.

• FILL OptionFill option is provided to switch on pump, if the overhead tank level is below 100%. This option is useful for car, bike washes and watering gardens.

• By-Pass SwitchesBye-pass switch are provided to disable timer; to run controller in regular operation and disable controller; to run pump manually, during defective of controller.

• Auto/Manual OperationAuto Mode: Pump will be switched ON, whenever tank level become below predefined(or 50%) and switched OFF in two conditions based on levels. One is, whenever tank level reaches 100% and Second is whenever sump level becomes below 25% that is below foot valve level. This facility is providing additional safety to the pump by avoiding pump dry running. Auto mode is indicated by green LED.Manual mode: Pump will be switched ON, if tank level is below 100%, manual mode does not consider sump level and pump dry run conditions. Pump will be switched OFF when reaching tank level 100% and auto mode will be enabled automatically.Manual mode is indicated by red LED.

• Pump ControlNormal Mode: Pump shall be switched on while overhead tank water reaches predefined level (that is normally 50%) and pump will be switched OFF, when level reaches to full(ie 100%). Adequate water on overhead tank is always ensured. Timer Mode: Pump ON times can be programmed using timer, number of programs will vary from 1 to 16. Above mentioned kind of pump operation shall be carried out during the time matches with timer programs. Pump shall be kept OFF if time not matches with timer program.
