Sales : All incoming inquiries are checked with regard to technical and commercial aspects and it is decided whether an offer can be made.

Engineering: Upon receipt of order and information from sales, engineering department reviews the requirements. Bill of material (BOM)

Production planning: After creation of sales order in SAP by sales department, BOM and routing by engineering department, planned order is created in SAP.

Purchasing: Purchasing department makes sure that the component for assembly is ready at any time. the component is found as rejected, it is either sent for re-machining.

Inspection: All the manufacturing parts are inspected against the specifications by trained engineers.

Inventory management:Bought out items and manufacturing items are stored . The parts received from the stores are taken to the assembly as per the planning.

Pretreatement: It is a process in which the surface of the component to be painted is cleaned and freed from Impurities.

Shot Blasting: It is the method used to clean, strengthen (peen) or polish metal.
