Hi friends.......

i was jst like one of u ,enjoying my b.tech lyf happily.....with all my frnds......i belong 2 Intell engineering college,Anantapur...which is not very famous college but a veryprestigious college in our place,..no placements nothing.....After B.tech ...i started out working in order to settle my lyf....i started preparing in threeways....one is for Banks,second is for IES,third is for IT companies....i collected lots of materialand started working on dat .....i started my journey with infosys...where i was not able to clearmy written...then Hcl....i cleared my written.....but i lost it in my technical GD becoz i belong toECE ...and Gd was on CSE subjects....As i m a girl my dad, used to cum with me always almostall placements.....u know i was in such a situation dat i was not able to show my face to my dadat my failures,......then i started working for bank exams....the list of bank exams i have given is Sbi,bank of baroda,indian bank,canara bank,syndicate bank...i mean both po's and clercial......beside waitingfor these results parllelly i have attended off campus for compnies....TCS,TECHmahindra,MAHINDRA satyam,.......and Accenture is one of the company which icant forget in my lyf....with great difficulty i attended the offcampus in hyderabad...i attended it

with out food and water almost for 2days...i cleared written,gd,technical.......i thought everything is over ...i thought my dream will cum true...i was waiting for my offer letter in HRround...bcz evry candidate got there offer letter in HR round....but to my destiny i was thrownout of it in HR round... i was literally upset...i was totally depressed.....i dont know for how manydays i cried recalling this...then i attended Honey well company which was held in Guntur districtwhich is 12 hrs journey from my place....u can just imagine how i might have attended it after12 hrs journey by standing in ladies compartment....den i appeared for BARC,ECIL examstooo....then cognigent......i think i tried it for 4 times.....In my last attempt for CTS i receivedhall ticket,offcampus was in bnglr...but i did not tell any thing in my home regarding this...and iconvinced my parents that i will do job search in bnglr and i will return within a month with jobin my hand....so finally i went banglr with strong determination dat i should retutn with CTS offerletter.........i gave my exam .....waited for results in bnglr itself.....2weeks have passed.....oneday i recevied mail dat i cleared it..... .and interview was on next week...it was almost one month....so with great hope .....i attended intrview ...Gd was conducted....i did my best......but out of 25 only 4 were selected,...so one and only last hope is also gone......i was not able to digestit....i started crying .....and i decided to leave bnglr ....i was literally crying like anything with outany thing in my mind bcz i worked very hard,i used read almost 24 hrs,i used to take bath 4days once ......i think i hav never cried lik that in my lyf....finally i thought getting job is notwritten in my fate......... ..Next day early morning my frnds made me wake up @ 5.00 am andasked me 2 attend for WIPRO off campus @ SJBIT.. ....without no hope.....jst for sake of myfrnds i attended it,...i reached there @6.00am ....i still crying...i entered hall to give my examcompleting all formalities..we all were waiting for question paper...but still @ dat point of tim tooi was not in my own state...i was crying...i dont know how i gave my exam....den almost @ night

8.00, i came to know dat i cleared my written.....but still i didnot hav any hope....bcz i have seenmany of such kind...intrview was aftr next 2 days....i attended it......u know i thought 'i knowmy fate i will not get this'....so i attended my intrview in my party wear not in formal.......intrvwis completed.....hr is completed....but still i did not have hope....u know my dad used 2 check allmy mails........ .one day...i got call frm my dad saying dat i have been selected inwipro.........FINALLY I WAS LITERALLY HAPPPPPPY!!!!!!!!!

Now i m in WIPRO family.......i completed my training ....i cleared my assessments in

Three sections : 15-verbal,15-apti,20-technical time 50 minutes.with sectional cutoff

verbal type :word pair, analogy,fill in the blanks with appropriate words

Aptitude: people average,work, trains,etc all questions of this type and also a paragraph was

given and the logical deduction was to be done.R.s.Aggarwal is more than enough

Tech type: questions from C programmingbasic programming knowledge is enough.

In technical, I was appointed to someone (I cant expel the name, even he nicely introducedhimself there) who was extremely polite and gentle in behavior with me and at first shot gotimpressed by CV. Initially he asked about myself without showing interest on my CV. Later he

asked about reason behind my academic gap between my BE and MTech. After that I was askedquestions related to my past experience(I had 2 yrs of industrial experience), why I leftcognizant and why am willing to become a business analyst, what I think of that role, how I havemanaged clients and enhanced services for them while i was doing freelance, project details. Hefinally end up with what I had written in the essay, after that he thrown me 3 questions, whyWIPRO, why I want to join WIPRO, what if I get better opportunity. He finished with asking if anything was left for him related WIPRO, I asked whats were the importance of the colorscheme and strokes of WIPRO LOGO, why it had designed like that.

In HR, I was asked to narrate about my family, myself, schooling, reason behind academic gapbetween graduation and post-graduation, industry details, freelance details, client I worked for,

management skills, why left company like cognizant, future plan, why am willing for post of business analyst, what its importance to me, why business model scheme, what if I get betteropportunity or if I move ever if again I got called and am offered from cognizant and etc.

Then it was a technical round, that mam asked me some basic concepts of C and C++ and alsoasked me to write a string program.My technical interview didnt go that well,I came out wasdisappointed with my performance. She asked me to wait outside. After around 2.5hrs of waitmy name was called for HR interview,I was v happy that time.

HR asked me about my family background,about my brothers and sister. I think she took my MRinterview as well cauz she gave me a situation and asked me how will I react in that .After thatshe gave me a form to a fill.She said results will be declared within a week.Now am waiting forthe results. Hope God is with me n I will make it my way through into WIPRO.Good Luck to you guys and girlsBe confident this is what i observed helps you most.

Technical Round:

I entered into the Interview Panel and it was not a Cake Walk for me. The Interview Existed for43 minutes and I was questioned in areas like C,C++,JAVA,UNIX,OPERATING SYSTEMS,SQL ANDNETWORKING.

Explain your Project in a clearly in a such a way that the HR gets fully satisfied in yourexplanation.

Finally I cleared Technical Round too..

HR Interview:

Once you clear the Technical Round, it will be very easy to clear the HR interview.

I was asked to introduce myself and then was asked to explain the Project Work. There wereQuestions Raised on my Project and explained everything.

TECH INTERVIEW so later i was called for tech interviewguys the interview is upto the mark as if u r skilled u can clear the technical interviewsome basics question from c,java and sql, pl/sqla were asked .so be thorough the basic stuff two days later i got mail to attend the HR interviewand he asked me to fill the form(it is indication that u have cleared the tech intervie)HR INTERVIEW

The HR is very friendly,he asked me to tell about myself,hobbies,blaw,blaw....and he asked wat i have done since 2009 may. i explained wat i have donebasic hr questions only.

so guys be prepare well and crack the wipro examseee u all in wiproand my date of joining is FEB14 :)

In the technical round though there is a notion that a rejection panel matter exists but i dontthink so..bacause in my the 4th one,i was the first to get selected in the technical round. after 11candidates..they came out and told me that they were bombarded with qustns from basicphysics ,chemistry and programming langs..in fear i started memorising thosefriction,acceleration,velocity from my mobile..at last my turn appeared and the hr first asked me

to get inside..He asked me to tell something about myself,i told frankly because i thought that itwill again become a same failure story at the end of the day..thn asked me that what i wasdoing for all these months after my passouts ,i handled cleverly,telling that i was doing mytechnical brush up during the period..he asked me to explain i told,he asked about the projectbelieve me i dont had any experience of life project apart 4rm the college project(which was alsomy frnds credit)i told him something which i knew 4rm my frnds projects and was counter attacked in everystep..thn i thought i am gone..

finally he asked me to write a string reverse program,i done that confidently as i was 4rm i.tbackyard...thn finally he greeted and gave me red colour letter,that was a technical clearanceform,i was happy.Finally we had our hr in 6.00 p.m ,there i was asked simple qustns..why wipro???hobbies???anyyear gap etc??thn that hr mam told me if i get selected they will inform in AIEMD TPO cell.on 4th march finally igot the selection mail.currently iam working in wipro tech kolkata..if u hav ny queries contact me [email protected] u soon

Technical:

To clear Technical round your basics should be clear and one should not loose confidence inbetween the interview.

Tech. HR: What are your Area of Interests? Me: C, C++, JAVA, Data Structures. Tech HR: Ok, What is Data Structure? Me: Told Basic Definition

Tech HR: Types of Data Structure? Me: Linear and Non Linear and told the definition as well with examples

Tech HR: Tell me where Linear and Non Linear Data Structures are used? Me: Linear are used in Recursion and Compiler Design and I was not sure about Non Linearbut said that it is used in Hierarchical Data Model.

Tech Hr: So, What is Hierarchical Data Model? Me: Told the basic Definition.

Tech HR: have you ever done practical on Hierarchical Data model? Me: No Sir.

Tech HR: what is RDBMS? Me: RDBMS is based on Relation Model, which consists of two dimensional tables in whichthere are certain attributes and tuples.

Tech HR: ok, what is a tuple? Me: a row

Tech HR: So say the basic terminology dont say complex word. Me: Ok sir.

Tech Hr: Do you know about Garbage Collector in JAVA? Is it Default? Me: Sir, There is a concept of Automatic Garbage Collector in java due to which theprogrammer does not bother about the objects to free.

Tech HR: So we do not use Destructors in JAVA? Me: Sir, Destructors are not in JAVA.

Tech HR: And in C++? Me: We have to make a Destructor in C++ if we want to free the memory.

This S Pavi from Kongu Engg College. I had my Wipro placement on 14th and 15thDecember, 2010. It was the second company that visited our college. Selects a veryfew students. In our college it was 158 out of 400 odd students who attempted. I waslucky enough to get selected. First round was aptitude. They selected 400 afteraptitude. Then filtered it to 175 after the technicals and finally eliminated 17 after HR.So the final list was only 158.

The process started at 8.30 am and went on till 3.30 am in the night. Aptitude test had3 sections. Verbal, Analytical and technical. Verbal was pretty tough but other twowere quite easy. Technical had questions from C and general questions like "name thememory used for storing the images."

Written test was little bit difficult. Go through R.S. Aggarwal and some cat materials.But sectional cutt off was less so don't get fear. Technical depends on who you go to,in short pure luck. My interviewer i s a cool person.

Technical interview was also esy one you need basic concepts clear for C, C++, OS ,DBMS,Data structure and also about your final project with good explanation and be confident whileanswering ny question he gave me one some puzzles on a diagram blieve me it was vry simple

just think it patiently then answer it also gave me a simple programing logic to design and finalyhe said do u want to join wipro u cleared this and go to HR

HR person was very friendly just be cool and confident he asked some HR questions likeDescribe urself Family backgroundHobbiesWhy wiproFamous places in MP(as i am from mp)why u like bhopalwhy hire meand many i don't remeber.And finally he said Ruchi you are selected and i will see you in Wipro
