Facts about Company Vivek Ancillary Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1998 with
its first manufacturing facility at New Industrial Town Faridabad.
It manufactures precision turned, machined , sheet metal components & sub assemblies for automotive and other applications.
The company is supplying PAN India to prestigious customers such as Denso, Tokai,Trelleborg etc.
The Company is covered under QMS and is ISO9001:2008 certified.
The company also has a sister concern in the name of Devoted Engineers, situated near by, which is into the similar business.
The company is headed by Mr. G.K. Madan, B.E.(Mech.) – Managing Director.
Inside Vivek Ancillary The company has a setup of 90 machines with a labour
strength of 70 to 80 workers. The Machine shop is equipped with latest CNC Turning
centers like LMW, MacPower etc All machining processes like pressing, thread rolling,
milling , surface grinding, drilling and cutting are feasable with well maintained machines available in the shop.
Quality department is well equipped with qualified people and latest testing instruments like Profile projectors, Hardness Tester and Air gauges.
Raw Materials like EN8, EN1, SCM45, S35C,CRCS D, HRC D, CEW, AISI 1018, C20 and many more have been worked upon and company has developed OEM certified raw material suppliers.
