History

Since 2000, Matthew L. Winton has provided Oklahomans with transactional and litigation legal services and counsel on matters relating to real estate, business organizations, and contractual matters. He also assists clients with assets matters such as probate, guardianship, revocable trusts, and special assets such as NFA Trusts. He is admitted to all Oklahoma courts and is a member of the Oklahoma bar and Texas bar. Matthew graduated Oklahoma Christian University with a bachelors degree in Literature. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, earning his degree with distinction and multiple American Jurisprudence awards. Matthew sits on the City of Edmond Development and Impact Fee Committee, and serves on the Board of the Real Property Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Matthew frequently speaks to audiences on community association and private roadway issues, including the Oklahoma Bar Association and nonprofit groups. He is the author of the "Oklahoma Community Association Handbook," now in its second edition.
