Line Cleaning Maintenance:
We recommend wine lines are cleaned QUARTERLY (ie: every three months or change of product)
Cleaning responsibility varies per state – check with you distributor to see who is responsible
Kegs are located in refrigeration unit beneath taps. Perfect for restaurants and bars that have space at or very near the point of dispense. The short draw maximizes loss and ensures best serving temperature.
BASIC EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
• 304 grade stainless steel coupler & faucets
• Wine Grade Lines
• Nitrogen Regulator & Gas (75% N2/25% CO2)
• Dual-Zone temperature preferred
Kegs are located away from taps. Special temperature controlled lines carry wine from kegs to taps. The long draw system ensures the wine arrives at the point of dispense at the correct temperature and is protected along the way. Long draw systems vary widely in installation complexity, time and cost.

• 304 Grade Stainless Steel Coupler & Faucets
• Wine Grade Lines
• Nitrogen Regulator & gas (75% N2/25% CO2)
