The In Touch range of productsThese important additions to our range are very different in

character and purpose to other BT phones, so we are taking this

opportunity to explain how they work in detail.

This is particularly necessary as some of the In Touch products

need to function in combination with each other and are sold as

‘packages’, as well as individually. Their operation also relies –

in some cases – on connection to an external service that is not

provided by BT. This obviously needs to be brought to the

What the products are for

The In Touch range of products have been specially designed to

help those who need care and those who provide care. They

provide an essential ‘lifeline’ and so give peace of mind and
