J Masanzu Architectural Workshop, established in Windhoek in 2013, is a young and vibrant Architectural practice with a vision destined to become the largest architectural firm in Namibia.
A Desire to develop a style of architecture that characterizes the Namibian landscape with awareness of practical evolution and technological changes. We commit ourselves to aesthetically excellent buildings and technically sound structures and economical viable. The client-architect dialogue is developed appropriately with design and solutions for each project in response to the specific needs of each individual commission, making the fullest possible use of the individual skills of our team members.
The office is fully computerized working on state of the art 2 and 3 – dimensional software packages. The office works on ArchiCad a comprehensive and up to date software package, which facilitates 3D design and is able to interact with virtually any other software packages. We strive to provide the highest quality professional service in Architecture Digital, Visualizations and Interior design.

TEAM PROFILE
He was offered a year out placement to work and gain experience in the department of works in Harare and went further to subsequently graduate with a bachelor of architecture from National University of Science and Technology in Bulawayo John moved to Windhoek in Namibia in 2007 and continued to develop his experience and skill in job running. Site work and interior design whilst working with Leon Bernard Architects, an architectural company based in Windhoek He was involved in various projects including the design of the Agribank head Office, south port centre, otavi military base and a variety of commercial projects John joined Erich roeber architects in 2010 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in large scale commercial, leisure and residential sectors, during this time he has expanded his experience into the education, health sector and more. With hard work, drive and ambition he obtained his NCAQS registration in 2013 and is a full member of the Namibian institute of Architects

NCAQS, MNIA John began his architectural career whilst studying for an architecture diploma at Harare Polytechnic in Harare. He worked for the Ministry of Public construction and National Diploma in Architecture in 1994. With a passion to expand his knowledge of Architecture at high level, he enrolled at the national university of Science and Technology in Bulawayo where he attained a degree in bachelor of architectural studies.

GIBSON TINARWO B. Arch. (Hons) (UCLV, Santa Clara, Cuba) M.Arch. (KU Leuven, Belgium) Post Grad Public Management Gibson began his architectural career at Villa Clara projects office in Cuba while studying for the Architectural degree at Central University of Las villas in Cuba, with involvement in leisure projects including a 300 room Hotel in Santa Lucia. In 1993 he graduated from central university of Las Villas with an Honours Bachelor of Architecture and returned to Zimbabwe and quickly gained experience in the project management and contract administration of health and composite offices projects.
He designed various health facilities that include expansion of family planning units at Harare and Perirenyatwa Central hospitals, upgrading of Rusape general hospital, maternity unit at Marondera hospital and upgrading of six (6) District Hospitals He was extensively involved in the design and construction of Gokwe, Bulawayo, Nembudziya and Gweru composite office blocks Gibson Moved to Windhoek, Namibia and was attached to Stauch and partners architects with involvement of upgrading various units at Oshakati hospital, including the TB ward and clinic, pediatric unit, maternity block and nuclear medicine Unit
