WIN-PAK CS is a departure from traditional access controlsystems. WIN-PAK CS removes the hassle of installing software,managing operating systems, computer compatibility problemsand dealing with virus protection. The total cost of ownership isreduced to a manageable service fee, which results in a higherclosing rate and more recurring revenue.

While meeting the needs of customers, WIN-PAK CS also provides an opportunity for dealers to increase their recurring monthly revenue. WIN-PAK CS includes options like remote digital video monitoring and access controlmanagement functions.

Customized reports by account can be created and scheduledto run hourly, daily or weekly. Alarms, events and reports can be sent to e-mail, cell phone or any enabled device. Remotephoto-ID badging tools provide a continuous revenue streamthrough card production, and an Internet portal option forcustomers allows access via any web browser.

Advanced operator actions like alarm routing, keyboard shortcuts,floorplan graphic displays and remote digital video monitoringprovide powerful support. For customers that would like to have local control over their system, WIN-PAK CS offers a web-enabled interface to their account. Recurring Monthly Revenue WIN-PAK® CS was designed to increaseoverall dealer profitability. Incorporatingfeatures like customized reporting, digitalvideo monitoring, photo-ID badgeproduction, access alarm and event

monitoring, and web browser interface will provide value addedservices and increase recurring revenues.

Remote Digital Video MonitoringWIN-PAK CS offers integration formonitoring a customer’s digital videosystem. Operators can monitor live videofrom up to 16 different accounts at a time.Operators can pan, tilt and zoom cameras

from any account. Remote monitoring also includes Visual VideoVerification, which allows a live image to be compared to a storeddatabase image of an individual before access is granted.

Photo-ID Badge ProductionA central management function for badgeproduction offers value to customers thatwant the security of having printed photo-ID badges, but cannot justify the cost forthe number of badges required. Photo-ID

badge production requires minimal investment in a card printerfor the dealer that can be spread across multiple accounts asbadges are produced. Combined with the web browser interface,images can be uploaded via the web and are easy to retrieve bythe dealer.

Web Browser InterfaceCustomers can access their account from anenabled web browser. The web browser allowscustomers to manage cardholders, doors(lock/unlock), access levels, time schedules, andcardholder reports. The dealer does not have to

spend time on servicing these needs for the customer, but still gains therecurring revenue for the web browser access.

Customized ReportingNot all customers want the same reports. WithWIN-PAK CS, dealers can create customizedreporting solutions for each account. These reportscan then be scheduled to run automatically hourly,daily, weekly or monthly. Once the report is run it

can be emailed, faxed or sent to any enabled device.

Advanced Operator ControlsCentral station system operators have accessto many advanced account management andhandling capabilities. Operators have theability to monitor alarms and events andprovide verification for the customer. Inaddition, operators can monitor a customer’s

live digital video systems and provide appropriate support. Eventclaiming allows an operator to lock out other operators from thataccount in order to eliminate duplicate alarm handling. The operator thenhas exclusive account control and all events are focused for the operatorwho has claimed the event.
