April, this year to celebrate the whole
school being 2-form entry, we will be
having a panoramic photo taken of the
whole school on Tuesday 6th June. This
will involve all of the children and staff
having their photo taken at the same
time on the field. More details will follow
nearer the time. Wilson Road
Following re-
quests from
residents of Wil-
son Road, we
would like to
ask you to please take care when
walking down the road. Please
make sure neither you, your chil-
dren or other pavement users are
forced to go into the road.
Year 4 Myths & Legends
Year 4 kicked off their
topic of Myths and Leg-ends by having a Demi-
god training day on Thursday 5th January.
They had lots of fun tak-ing part in many activities
such as Greek code
breaking, finding out their Greek god name and responsibility, rock climbing,
obstacle course run and Ar-
chery! During
this term they have created
Greek God hel-mets and are
currently trying
to find out who the lightning thief is from the book 'Percy Jackson and the Lightning
Thief'.
Very Important
There have been a few recent oc-
casions when we have not been
able to contact parents in an emer-
gency. It is essential that you let
the office know when you change
your mobile number, address and
contacts. If we cannot get hold of
anyone, we may have to contact
the local authority to fulfil our duty
of care to your child.
Y6 Football Tournament
On Friday 27th January some of the
