Woe to me!” I cried.

“I am ruined! For I am a man of

unclean lips, and I live among a

people of uncleanlips, and my eyes

have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.”

Isaiah 6:5

Congratulations to all the men and women who understand the need for civic responsibility and stood for election: Denny Baker, on his re-election as Mayor of Spicer, and Doug Reese and Kordell Van Heuveln for seeking the posts of County Commissioner and Mayor of Kerkhoven, respectively.

As we navigate the new political reality in our community and country, it is incumbent upon us as Christians to be the vanguard for healing in our increasingly broken world. Putting the phrase, “Love God, Love People” into action has never been more important. God is far more concerned with how we conduct ourselves than how we voted. To paraphrase scripture, if we vote for biblical values but then do not commit ourselves to pursuing them, we are like a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.

The next couple of weeks we will be searching for appropriate behavioral cues from scripture in a series called “Now What?” My prayer is that we will resemble the men of Issachar, who “understood the times and knew what Israel should do.” I Chronicles 12:32

I hope you will make every effort to attend. Keith KerstetterSenior PastorWillmar AG Church

SINGLE MOMS BLESSINGFor many single mothers, Christmas can be one of the most difficult times of the year. An emotionalmeltdown can be almost impossible to avoid. Some single mothers will have only one wish this holidayseason and that is to just have a “normal” Christmas. Some who share custody of their children will bewithout them this year. For most Christmas just doesn’t seem...affordable. Peace and the Single Mom, held on Wednesday nights, is seeking donations to be given as gifts tothese very special moms. We ask that donations be new or gently used. Gift cards, beauty items, cloth-ing accessories, and home decor are some examples of what to donate. Let’s show them how muchthey are loved! All items can be dropped off at the church office Monday through Friday or at the Wel-come Center on Sundays by December 11, 2016.

MISSIONS WINDOW FOR SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2016

Mike Reini, Assembly of God World Missionary to Cambodia will be sharing in the morning services. In 2010 Mike was working as an intern at Hibbing AG and went on a short-term

missions trip to Cambodia. While there the Holy Spirit let Mike know that he was called to ministry for the Cambodian people. Mike is pursuing that call to edify, serve and love a new generation ofleaders capable of reaching their country. He is a fully approved Missionary with the AGWM and

looks forward to continuing to spend himself in pursuit of all God has for Cambodia.
