Exercise for a Younger Heart!
Exercising regularly can protect/reverse cardiac
disease and improve your quality of life.
Your heart becomes less stiff and it provides
adequate flow without increasing your blood
pressure thus not overworking itself.
When your heart works better, you can perform
better not just physically. You can start at any
age and you will reap the benefits.
Moderate to high intensity aerobic exercise for
at least 3 days a week is what will do the trick.
Wellness is a lifetime commitment! Be
consistent!

¡Sea consistente!
