a) Strategic Analysis

In this stage, Willapps Limited works with your company staff and stakeholders to gather as much information

as possible about how they believe the new site should function.

After gathering this data, Willapps Limited will then work with your company to define the requirements for

specific site functionality such as blogs, videos, social bookmarking, search, newsletter, mobile device

accessibility, and other such features. We will work with your company to expose the various options available

to you. The data we gather will also be used later to inform the choices made in developing the graphic design

of the website, content choices, functional recommendations, and technology choices.

b) Preliminary Design

Willapps Limited designs two-three website mockups from which you choose a design to be

implemented.

Once a design is agreed upon, Willapps then develops a prototype based on the needs we have

discussed. Once a prototype design is ready, Willapps Limited can begin incorporating the Content

Management System and getting it ready for initial design and content setup. The preliminary design

concept for the new website includes the basic layout, color palette, font choices, etc.

Your company needs to provide the basic website content prior to initial design beginning. We have

found that content can be the biggest roadblock in finishing a website in the time projected, which is

why we require the initial copy prior to starting. This allows us to focus on more of the design and

function of the site, rather than trying to piece it together as we go along.

Generally clients will gather existing materials (pamphlets, forms, papers, photographs) and ready them

for the site. The content is then parsed out into individual web pages and assembled in a hierarchy which

is easy to understand and to navigate. Site content is added to pages which have a consistent theme and

look in terms of headers, footers and custom accent graphics, like buttons, bullets and more.

c) Initial Design Review

Once the initial design is ready for review, Willapps Limited sets up a meeting or phone call to go over the

d) Second / Final Design Review

Once the changes and edits have been made to the website, Willapps Limited will setup another meeting or

At this time, based on the changes discussed, we will decide if we are in need of a third review or if we are

e) Training

Once the site is ready to go live, Willapps Limited will run ONE two-hour training session with your company

f) Launch

When all your desired information has been incorporated in the website and when all features are fully

OUR OPERTAIONAL FRAMEWORK:

For all services i.e. Website Development, Website Maintenance (Technical maintenance and Content

Management) and Search Engine Optimization; the willapps operational framework is;

1) Initial Client Meeting: We schedule an initial client meeting, for the purpose of needs and requirements

assessment and analysis.

2) Working Proposal: After the initial client meeting, we design a working proposal for the clients

approval/recommendation of changes.

3) Service agreement/contract: Once the working proposal has been approved or changes recommended.

4) Payment: For Willapps Limited to go forward with the project the payment schedule is always as

follows:

50% DEPOSIT due upon acceptance of the proposal before work commences.

50% plus any incurred additional hourly fees no later than one week from when the project is completed and

delivered.

NOTE: For every project, Willapps Limited signs a working contract with the client, stipulating all the

pertaining terms and conditions.
