WILDING LAKE PROJECT – KEY POINTS

5

Antler Gold (ANTL) in May 2017 acquired a 100% interest in the Wilding Project, a 859 claim, 215km2 project covering50km of the prospective Cape Ray/Marathon trend from Altius Resources for 4,500,000 shares and a 2% royalty. Weentered into a second option agreement with Altius for a further six projects along the trend to add 1,678 claims,420km2 and 98km of potential strike. Altius will hold 19.94% of Antler once the second option agreement closes.

The Wilding block is located adjacent to Marathon Gold Corporation’s Valentine Lake project with reported 1.4 millionoz. (M&I) at 1.91 g/t Au and 766,500 oz. (Inferred) at 2.24 g/t Au. Marathon continues to report excellent new drillresults. Our Cape Ray block (one of the second option agreement properties) is along strike from the Benton/NordminCape Ray deposit with 367,000 oz. (Indicated) and 158,000 oz. (Inferred).

ANTL discovered six significant new bedrock gold occurrences on the Wilding block in late fall 2016 by prospectingalong recent logging roads. No systematic historical exploration performed before ANTL. Approximately 3km of total148km prospective strike extent explored to date

The new Wilding gold occurrences demonstrate a strong gold system producing high grade and significant widths thatinclude:

▪ Alder Zone: 6.0g/t over 8.5m, 8.7g/t over 6.7m and 49.3g/t over 4.6m▪ Taz Zone: 28.8g/t over 1.0m, 12.2g/t over 0.9m and 14.6g/t over 0.65m▪ Elm Zone: 101.5g/t over 0.5m, 93.1g/t over 1.3m, 37.5g/t over 0.9m and 18.0g/t over 1.2m

The 2017 exploration program will systematically explore the entire Wilding block with the goal of generating multipletargets for a Fall 2017 drill program. In addition to the zones above, we have generated a number of new potentialgold targets for follow-up from a combination of recent ground mag and IP geophysical data, regional heli-airbornemag geophysical data, positive gold-in-till sample geochemical data, as well as positive gold assay in soil samplesurvey.

The summer program is underway and consists of detailed and regional soil sampling, prospecting and mapping, mechanical trenching and rock sampling. Antler’s field exploration team consists of six geologists and two prospectors.Approximately 1,700 soils taken since June 1. Trenching to start in July. Crews will move to Noel Paul block afterWilding.

The second option agreement ground will be kept in good standing by conducting airborne geophysics and select soilsampling and prospecting.

WILDING LAKE - GEOLOGY

8

The Wilding Lake Project is underlain by Cambrian to Ordovician age volcanic and sedimentary rocks of the Tally Pond and Red Cross Lake groups and Silurian age sedimentary rocks of the Rogerson Lake Conglomerate. The rocks underlying the Wilding Lake project are equivalent to those underlying portions of the Valentine Lake Gold deposits, located 15-30 km to the west-southwest.

WILDING LAKE – NEW OCCURRENCES

9

New gold occurrences have been discovered along the Thrust Fault zone over 2-3km, focused along the eastern margin of the Rogerson Lake Conglomerate. The remainder of the 50km trend has seen essentially no historical gold exploration to date.

Channel Sample Assays Include:Alder Zone: 6.0g/t @ 8.5m, 8.7g/t @ 6.7m ,and 49.3g/t @ 4.6mTaz Zone: 28.8g/t @ 1.0m, 12.2g/t @ 0.9m ,and 14.6g/t @ 0.65m

WILDING LAKE – Till & SOIL GOLD GEOCHEM SURVEY RESULTS

Till Survey 67 widely spaced, excavator-dug, till test

program returned twenty-eight sample assay values of >200 ppb Au (206 to 1000 ppb Au,

with six samples of 1000 ppb Au).

10

Soil Survey 1216 b-horizon soil samples were collected at 25-

metre spacing along 50-100 metre spaced reconnaissance grid lines. The soils returned eleven sample values of >150 ppb Au (164 to 1000 ppb Au).

The surveys have successfully outlined gold-in-till anomalies associated

with the known gold occurrences while also

defining new gold anomalies deemed

prospective for prospecting, soil sample surveying and trenching follow-up in the summer

program.

WILDING LAKE – ELM ZONE HIGH GRADE CHANNEL RESULTS

14

100 metres SW of the main Cedar trench, a single, heavily mineralized, locally hematitic, laminated quartz vein was exposed over a distance of approximately 60 metres and remains open in both directions. The vein generally strikes 060-070, dips 45-55°, and attains a width of up to 2.0 metres. Free course gold is common.

WILDING LAKE – GROUND GEOPHYSICS AND REGIONAL HELI-BORNE MAG COMPLETE – INTERPRETATION ONGOING

19

Ground Geophysics (Wilding Claim Block): • Mag survey totaling 82 line kilometres over an approximately 2.5 km by 1.5 km cut grid. • Grid is centered over the Alder/Taz (AT) and Cedar/Elm (CE) gold zones.• Test IP-Resistivity geophysical survey conducted over four grid lines that covered the AT and CE zones. • Mag survey improved the local geological understanding of the gold discovery area.• IP-Resistivity survey successful in mapping the resistivity and polarizable properties of the geological formations. • A few local resistive zones of interest were identified which can be associated with altered (silicified) zones or quartz veins.• The Alder gold zone is well defined as a coincident resistivity anomaly in the survey. Abitibi Geophysics has recommended

drilling eleven chargeable and/or resistive targets defined in the survey.• Ongoing interpretation study suggests new gold zones appear to be associated with cross-cutting local structure and possibly

with weak to moderate IP anomalies. • The geophysical surveys and interpretation has provided key information to focus further exploration to specific potential

gold prospective target areas for Summer follow-up.
