Interoception

As part of our Whyalla wide partnership, we have begun introducing Interoception activities into our daily routine. Interoception skills are required for a range of basic and more advanced functions includ-ing being able to manage your emotions proactive-ly. Another way of understanding Interoception is to describe it as mindful body awareness. Over the coming months we will share the activities we have been using in class so you can participate in them with your child at home if you wish.
