We are a team of design professionals. Unlike many freelancers we work during normal office hours and we have several designers at your disposal. That means if someone gets sick, someone else is there to pick up your job and get it done on schedule!

Anthony Exeter – Owner, General Manager and Project ManagerAnthony is one part of the husband and wife team behind Swish Design. He is the key point of contact for new clients and plays a crucial role in liaising between our clients and our design and programming teams. Anthony has a keen interest in the development of large websites and shopping carts and likes nothing better than scoping up projects of this size!

Kelly Exeter – Owner and Business DevelopmentKelly began Swish Design in 2006 as she saw an opportunity to provide professional yet affordable design services to small business and not-for-profits. In five short years, she has grown the business from a “solopreneurship” to a talented team of design professionals servicing over 200 clients. Kelly has over 10 years experience in the design industry and is truly passionate about small business and beautiful design.

Rory Mouttet – Creative DirectorAfter high school, Rory completed studies in graphic design and multimedia before embarking on a career in the print industry. This allowed him to develop both his design and project management skills which he puts to good use in his current role as Creative Director at Swish Design! In addition to being an amazing designer, he is also our resident print expert and knows the best supplier for every print job under the sun!

Adrian Bollig – Senior DesignerAdrian started out in the advertising industry and has worked abroad for companies such as Procter and Gamble and Grey Interactive. He graduated with first class multimedia honours from Murdoch University and soon discovered graphic design was a perfect fit for his love of design and obsession with all things Adobe. With a strong understanding of branding and identity Adrian continually delights our clients with the way he brings clarity and beauty to the most corporate of design briefs!

Robyn Petta – Junior Designer and Admin OfficerRobyn started down several career paths after leaving school before settling into the hospitality industry. A finalist in the 2006 WA Apprentice of the Year Awards, Robyn quickly progressed through the administrative ranks of the ALH Group. The skills gained there made her the perfect person to join Swish Design late in 2008 where she handled the office administrative tasks. Robyn has since developed into a very handy member of our design team as well as filling the role of Dreamweaver and WordPress expert in the office!

We know how frustrating the design process can be. We know you’ve probably worked with designers in the past who have taken ages to get back to you, or take forever to action simple little requests.

So here’s what you can expect from the Swish team:

A high level of responsiveness. All emails will be answered or actioned within 24 hours {more often it will be within the same working day it was received}

A high level of delivery. If we tell you something will be ready – it will be ready. If it won’t, we’ll let you know ahead of time and give you a reason why.

A high standard of communication. Our team is friendly, approachable, helpful and above all, good at problem solving!

No Chinese Whispers. You are always communicating with a designer – not a sales or account executive – and this reduces any chances of misinterpreting your requests.

No favourites. Whether you consider yourself ‘big end of town’ or ‘small fry’ – we don’t care. We treat all our clients exactly the same.

Transparency. We don’t like getting surprises in invoices so we imagine you don’t either. If a job evolves beyond the original scope and will incur extra costs, we’ll let you know BEFORE you incur these extra costs
