First class training and support: All new starters spend two weeks of intensive training at our professional development centre in Phnom Penh. During this period you will be provided with the skills and knowledge to allow you to begin a career in financial planning. However that is just the start of the support; after you return to your home office you will receive a minimum of six months mentoring by an experienced consultant who will guide you in every aspect of assisting your clients.

During that period you will also study and pass standard industry qualifications.At Infinity we have a culture of actively encouraging continuing professional development and many of our consultants go on to obtain higher level professional qualifications. When they do achieve qualifications Infinity picks up the cost of examination fees.

First Class Administration and Back Office Support: The backbone of our client servicing team has been with Infinity for nearly ten years and provides the very best support to the consulting team. The team are particularly good at working with new starters and assist in the preparation of the required paperwork.

Total independence and a big toolbox: As a truly independent advisory firm Infinity does not favour particular providers. We maintain terms of business with most of the leading providers meaning our consultants are free to select the products that best match the needs of their clients. Infinity will introduce and train you in the use of these tools and solutions to enable you to become a complete financial planner able to select the best products to fit the needs of each individual client.

Its portfolio range is independently monitored and consistently produces above-benchmark returns.

Well Regulated: Regulation and accountability is important to your clients and it should be important to you. Infinity is regulated in Malaysia by the Labuan Financial Services Authority and in Hong Kong it is a member of the Confederation of Insurance Brokers (HKICB). The other offices adhere to the same high standards and operating procedures. Tilney Bestinvest is regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

Multiple income streams and transparency: At Infinity we offer highly competitive commission rates, trail income, discretionary fund management fees and renewals. We don’t charge you a desk fee, local telephone charges or business courier costs. All office costs are met entirely by Infinity. In addition consultants that maintain above minimum acceptable performance levels are entitled to the full reimbursement of their premium under our group medical insurance plan.

Opportunities for Career Development: As we continue to expand opportunities regularly arise, both in terms of roles within the company and expansion into new territories.
