We are very proud that our daughter, Sarah, is attending Donna Klein

Jewish Academy. This has even more meaning to us, as I previously

attended DKJA when it first opened. Sarah is the next generation—a

legacy. We view DKJA as vital to the continuity of our Jewish

community. The DKJA administration and teachers are kind and

genuinely care about the development of the students. The educators

focus on academics and character, and they continually keep in mind

the Jewish heritage that they are instilling and reinforcing. It is also

very rewarding to see Sarah enjoying DKJA as much as I did as a

student. Our son Ramon, too, will have the opportunity to learn and

grow at DKJA.JONATHAN LOUIS ’82

THE ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHERS ARE SIMPLY THE BEST.”

I'm undoubtedly the person I am today as a result of my years

at Donna Klein Jewish Academy. As a young adult, it’s so

important to have a strong sense of Jewish identity. DKJA has

prepared me with the perspective to represent a positive

message for our people, wherever my life takes me...

Donna Klein Jewish Academy instilled within me a sense of

pride for Israel. Many years at DKJA drove me to excel

academically at the University of South Florida while

becoming involved with student organizations such as Hillel

and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. DKJA has

prepared me with the confidence I need to grow as a leader in

today’s world.

Donna Klein Jewish Academy was the right choice for

each of our four children for different reasons. The school’s

comprehensive academic program, the integration of Jewish

learning, and a nurturing environment set this school apart.

The DKJA experience stretched beyond the classroom and

into the daily lives our children, and for that we are

forever grateful.

Donna Klein Jewish Academy has given me the tools to

become more proactive in my journey toward a career in law.

I've never been more grateful for DKJA's commitment to

academic excellence until now, when it matters most. As I

embark on my law school career, I am quickly realizing just

how incredible the teachers and faculty are at DKJA.

I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE GRATEFUL FOR DKJA'SACADEMIC EXCELLENCE.”

Donna Klein Jewish Academy’s unique approach to global

education sets it apart from all other Jewish day schools.

DKJA gives students the ability to choose their level of

religious participation through a variety of meaningful

services offered to each student. We credit DKJA for our

strong leadership and academic skills, which we developed

over the ten years we spent as students there.

Donna Klein Jewish Academy provides our children with a

real-world education and a strong Jewish foundation in a

nurturing environment. DKJA is an amazing school, and we

couldn't imagine our children anywhere else. The school has

enabled them to grow and mature into confident and

independent leaders.

As parents, we have been impressed with the infusion of

Jewish practice, knowledge, and values that DKJA provides

our children daily. From engaging tefilah to relevant Torah

study and appropriately challenging secular studies, to the

caring teachers and responsive administrators, we know our

children are in the very best place to grow into caring, lifelong

members of the Jewish community.

DKJA IS THE BEST PLACE TO GROW INTO CARING, LIFELONG MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY.”

As a junior at Boston University, I am pursuing a major in mechanical

engineering while also studying in the Kilachand Honors College, BU's

new, multidisciplinary honors program. I am President of BU's

Residence Hall Association, where I oversee a team of fifty

student–leaders responsible for shaping the residence life experience

of the 11,000 students living on campus. As an Inspiration Ambassador

to BU's Technology Innovation Scholars Program, I am thrilled to visit

DKJA and schools in the greater Boston area in order to inspire

younger students to pursue degrees in engineering. The values that

DKJA has instilled within me will continue to guide me

throughout my life.

Donna Klein Jewish Academy was my academic haven. The

extraordinary experiences that this amazing school provided

for me crafted my values and aspirations. My academic

ambitions were formed in DKJA’s supportive atmosphere.

It gave me the discipline and inquisitiveness to succeed

academically, the open-mindedness to appreciate those

around me, and the confidence to pursue my dreams.
