Hello GWRRA NHE, June has started off with 2 very nice weekends for riding. Our first weekend we went to The NH Veterans

Cemetery Led by Lee & Meri Hirtle. They gave us a fantastic ride with a State Police escort. The tour at the Cemetery was very informative. We were shown a video of the Cemetery and all the events. Nice Job Lee & Meri! We went to the Smoke Shack in Boscawen,NH for a fantastic meal. The next day we went to Rochester to the Ride for a Cure. This was the 3rd year and it was the biggest group so far.We had to ride in 3 groups of 10 bikes. A great turn out and a perfect ride. We went to Wild Willy's for Lunch. Lunchwas good as usual. The second weekend we went on a covered Bridge ride led by Bill & Dee Bascom. We also went to Madame Sherrie's where we had a picnic lunch in the remains of the castle. We then rode to Stuart & John's for Ice Cream. We were joined by Carole, John, Marc Charette, Bob and Madalyn from NHG. NHE members Ron, Susie, Bill, Dee, Michelle, Armand, Victor, Sue, Phil, Karen, Pat Brems, Pat Bascom. We had our 50/50, Marc Charette won anddonated it to the Chapter. Thank You Marc.

*We are doing 1 ticket for 5$ This made it easier for Michelle and made more money for the winner and the chapter. Sunday 6/10/18 Pat Brems, Susie and I went for Breakfast at the NHG meeting and went on the ride to Portsmouth, NH to the USS Albacore Submarine for a tour. We went to Newick for lunch. This was a great ride therewas about 28 people. The 2 groups looked very impressive. Thank You to Bob & Beryl Reid for a great ride they hadplanned. We wish you could have been able to ride with us. John & Carole, Russ & Cathy did a great job leading the ride.

“Recruiting Rewards” Program

Find-A-FriendProgramGuidelines

Open to all current GWRRA Members.The new recruited member will be recorded under the main member number ofthe household that did the recruiting.Each family member will count towards the number of recruits toward your Find-A-Friend count.

When a Find-A-Friend pin/heart bar is issued, the main member and the -01 & -02 will each receive one.Memberships recruited during special events, such as Wing Ding,doqualify forthis program.

RecruitingRewardsProgramGuidelines

Open to all current GWRRA Members.For every five new memberships (households) your household recruits, you willreceive a Gift Certificate for $55.

Each membership counts as "ONE", regardless of the number of family membersin themembership, towards receiving your gift certificateCertificates are non-transferable and will have a one-year expiration date. Acertificate must be used in full in one single transaction. A credit will not beissued for the remainder amount of the gift certificate if the full amount is notused.

There is no maximum number of gift Certificates that can be earned.Memberships recruited during special events, such as Wing Ding,donotqualifyfor this program.

Members may use the Gift Certificate for Wing Ding Registration, ChapterCharter fees, Membership or GWRRA Official Merchandise. It may not be usedtowards shipping costs.

** Trial memberships will not count towards the Find-A-Friend or Rewards programnumbers until they join fully.

** Must recruit new memberships only, not renewals.

**Be sure to write your name and membership number at the bottom of themembershipapplication in order to receive your credit. If your new recruits callmember services to join, please tell them to provide this information to ensure youreceive credit.

The NH-VT and MA DISTRICTS ARE HOSTING A TRAINING EVENT ONSaturday, June 23, 2018

EVENT LOCATION: New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI)31 College Drive, Concord, NH

EVENT HOURS: Saturday, 6/23, 8:30 (sharp) – 5:30 (estimated)RIDER EDUCATION – Trike Rider Course (TRC)COST PER TRIKE: $75.00 – to reserve your spot in the class; co-riders are welcome at no additional cost. The $75 check will not be cashed and will be returned to the members once they complete the full TRC course. Any member not cancelling at least 48 hours before the class will forfeit their check which will be donated to our instructors to cover their cost associated with the training.
