sterling. Prices are subject to alteration without prior

notification. This pricelist is superseded by all previous

versions.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in ac-

cordance with the laws of England and Wales and any

disputes will be decided only by the English courts,

IF any of these terms is held by any court of competent

authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in

whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the

remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

In the interest of continuing design and development

and product improvement, BB Distribution reserves

the right to change colour, designs and product speci-

fications without prior notice.

GUARANTEE

All BB Distribution products carry stated guarantee,

which covers all manufacturing defaults. This guaran-

tee does not cover damage during installation or mis-

use.

The guarantee is only available to the original pur-

chasers who have proof of purchase. The benefit of

this guarantee cannot be transferred to a third party.

This guarantee is only valid for products purchased,

installed and used for private domestic purpose in the

United Kingdom.

The guarantee is in addition to and does not affect

your statutory rights.
