Transcending Trans FatsTrancendim® provides fat-structuring solutions that deliver a combination of zero trans and reduced saturated fat. The Trancendim range consists of mono & diglycerides used to replace hydrogenated hard-stocks allowing the use of recommended mono and polyunsaturated oils.
