the monthly event will be

a special program or our

couples, dads, moms and

MenPower and Women o

Purpose. It will be a spirit-

flled and un early-night

out designed especially or

them.

Last night, the adults had ataste o this inspiring and

encouraging gathering.

The next one would be on

February 11 so invite your

amily and riends!

be kicking o the 2011

1st Series Kicks Off!season with

a series from

Pastor Rick

Warren entitled

Learning to

Hear Gods

Voice.

This features

exciting topics

that will lead us to know

more about God and how

we can listen to what He

really wants to tell us.

Such things that we will

rediscover will deinitely

bring us nearer to Him

and to His purpose in

our lives.

This is a four-week

series and we hope to

see you every week with

your family and friends!

Mens and Womensgroup set 2011 event

The inspiration for the theme of our camp this year. Watch out for the launching!

Our youth leaders had gathered

last Friday to continue the

planning or our third FUSION

summer camp. The meetings

and preparations or this activity

had started last year during thecalendarization meetings and as

o now most o the details have

been set!

We are currently scouting or a

camp venue, and we are waiting

FUSION plans for Camp R.O.C.K. 11or confrmation i we will be

able to reserve an awesome

area located somewhere

south o the province.

We have also set a theme,which is based on the US tv

series Lost. This year, Camp

R.O.C.K., will be all about

knowing that in order to gain

Christ, we must be able to get

ourselves lost in His love!

HEARING GODS VOICE

JOHN 10:1-27

The Bible reveals that there are many voices in the world clamoring for attention:

What are these voices in the world?

. THE VOICE OF MAN:

2. THE VOICE OF SATAN:

3. THE VOICE OF SELF:

4. THE VOICE OF GOD:

Lets consider three important aspects of hearing Gods voice:

. THE PREREQUISITES TO HEARING HIS VOICE

A. Salvation. ye believe not because ye are not of my sheep

B. Receptivity. 10:4 the sheep follow him

C. Faith. 10:3 the sheep hear his voice

D. Attentiveness.

E. Discernment. John 12:28-29

I. THE PURPOSE IN HEARING HIS VOICE

A. Communion. 10:3 he calleth his own sheep by nameB. Comprehension. 10:3, 27 hear his voice

Hear (akouo) to perceive, understand, perceive the sense of what is said.

C. Compliance. 10:4, 27 the sheep follow him James 1:22 But be ye doers of the

word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

II. THE PROVISIONS FOR HEARING HIS VOICE 10:16 they shall hear my voice

GOD SPOKE IN THE OLD TESTAMENT.
