of the State of Missouri, and could not be served with the ordinary

process of law in this state; but that they were duly and properly

summoned by publication according to law.

It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the court

that the title, respectively, of the plaintiff and defendants herein,

to the above described real estate, is defined adjudged and determifted

as follows, to-wit:

That the plaintiff is the owner in fee simple, and absolutely,

and that none of the defendants has any right, title or interest in

said real estate, or any part hereof. And the Court now here by it's

decree adjudges and determines that the defendants have no interest in

or title thereto.

And it is further considered and adjudged by the court that the

defendants, and everyone of them, and every person claiming by, through
