Notification of the alarm is also automatically forwarded by SMS and e-mail to nominated recipients. MESSAGING The Whisper provides advanced 2-way text messaging between the device and Track24’s tracking Platform, device to device, device to group, and device to mobile phone & e-mail. Free text and predefined canned messages are supported. TRACKING Whisper operates on the Iridium satellite network, which offers complete global coverage. Robust and versatile, the device can be hand-carried or deployed as a vehicle tracker using the optional vehicle kit. AES-256 bit encryption is offered as standard across Iridium, ensuring the integrity of data. The reporting interval can be changed as required, from one minute upwards. Waypoint marking and ‘check-in’ messages are supported, all controlled through the colour LCD screen.
