WHEREAS, by Governor’s Executive Order No. 2575 datedAugust 12, 1971, certain lands and improvements situate at Kalia,Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, containing an area of 90,229square feet, more particularly delineated on the map markedExhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof, was set asidefor Addition to Ala Wai Boat Harbor, to be under the control andmanagement of the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and NaturalResources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, as successorin interest to the Department of Transportation (HarborsDivision); and

WHEREAS, the Board of Land and Natural Resources at itsmeetings held on December 9, 2010 and May 24, 2019, approved thecancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 2575 dated August12, 1971.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DAVID Y. IGE, Governor of the Stateof Hawaii, by virtue of the authority vested in me under Section171-11, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, do hereby order thatGovernor’s Executive Order No. 2575 dated August 12, 1971, be andthe same is hereby cancelled and declared of no force and effect.

SUBJECT to disapproval by the Legislature by two-thirdsvote of either the Senate or the House of Representatives or bymajority vote of both, in any regular or special session nextfollowing the date of this Executive Order.
