Please use this guide as a starting place for answering your questions or getting help. If you do not find the information you are looking for, I would suggest you contact the staff of PA 211 (formerly FIRST). People now can dial 2-1-1 to access a comprehensive, 24/7 information and referral line. The Information and Referral Specialists that answer your call can help you with information about all the non-profit agencies, programs, clubs, organizations, and support groups that serve York County, as well as other counties around Pennsylvania.
