National aluminum products company S.A.O.G (NAPCO) continuous their efforts on implementing latest safety tech-niques all over the plant and company surroundings to make sure that all staff and visitors in a safe environment. In that concern NAPCO gives attention to safety seminars and con-ferences locally and globally. One of the latest events that we have been a part of was Oman workplace safety & loss pre-vention conference 2019 witch have been held in Crowne plaza OCEC on 16th &17th September 2019.

National Aluminum Products Company S.A.O.G (NAPCO) human resource team continuously refreshing the blood in the company by seeking for new ex-perienced and active people. On 13 & 14 September 2019 NAPCO HR team have conducted interviews in Dubai. These strong efforts are directly reflecting into enhancing the efficacy and work flow of the company, also it is one of the effec-tive ways to plug new methods and knowledge to the company. Time management training
Time management is one of the most important base of success. Wastage of time reflecting on all life and work manners. Wastage of working time is one of the most popular aspects of business failure that have to be noted and solved immediately. National Aluminium products company S.A.O.G (NAPCO) arranged recently a time management course for its employees to increase efficiency level and to make sure that all employees are utiliz-ing their time effectively whether at work or at home.
