ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONSAcceptable Digital Art: Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) files & Corel Draw (.cdr) files.

1. All (.eps) files need to be saved as “vector” or “editable” 2. All fonts need to be converted to paths/curves/outlines. 3. Please attach a hard copy of the art with your purchase order, otherwise art department will not be held responsible for translation of digital art.

Typesetting/Artwork Charges: $20(U) if artwork needs additional basic work. Additional charges may accrue on artwork that requires more then standard artwork time. A quote will be will provided if any additional charges occur.

PRINTING CHARACTERISTICS Screen Printing: Is the process for smaller quantities and the best quality image. Screened images are very sharp and crisp with good ink opacity. One disadvantage is that multiple color imprints must be printed and re-registered one imprint at a time making it more costly than offset printing. Multi color registration may have a variation of approximately 1/16”.

Offset Printing: Is an economical way of printing larger quantities. Offset printing provides multi-color and tight registration artwork as it lays all of the colors down in one pass. Cups are available up to 4 imprint colors. Cup color must be either white or natural (clear). Offset printing is available as oneside, two sided, or wrap. Registration may have a variation of approximately 1/32”. Quality of offset printing is excellent; however, ink coverage is thinner than screen printing resulting in an imprint which may look transparent, especially on clear items. Do not expect the same clarity and opacity of print as screen printing. Please request random samples or product proofs if this is a concern.

SCREENS & PLATES New Orders: Require a screen or a plate per color.

Reorders: Do not require new screens/plates as long as theorder is an exact reorder, is from the original distributorship, and it is within 2 years of the last order.

Screen Charges: $40 (U) per item, per color.

PRODUCTION TIMEPrinted Products: 7-10 work days on normal quantities (100-5000), this including proof and credit approval.

Offset Printed Items & Multi-color Imprints: 2-3 weeks

Blank Goods: Ship within 2-3 days as items are available.

RUSH SERVICE3-Day Rush Service: $25 minimum or 25% up charge of totalproduct. 1-color imprints only. Shipment will be made 3 days from receipt of approved art as items are available. Prepayment required unless approved by the credit department.

limitations we cannot be held liable for variations in color. If color is important please consult a PMS chart or request a random sample of the product color.

Scuffs & Scratches: It is the nature of plastic to scuff and scratch during stacking and shipping. Clear and dark coloredplastics show this the most. These scuffs and scratches are not considered a defect. If this is a concern order a random sample, however this is still no guarantee that your product will be better or worse than the sample you received as the scuffs and scratches are random in nature.

Order Cancellation: All costs before order cancellation will be invoiced.

Returns: All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Authorization by us must be made before merchandise isreturned.

Under-minmum charge: $40 (U) 50 pieces is the absolute minimum.

Blank Items: Subtract .10 each (P), pricing based off catalog prices. Lead time 2-3 days.

Trademarks: All artwork submitted by the distributor will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, licensing, copyright, rightof privacy, patent or similar protection. Trademarks and art designs imprinted on the items with this catalog and websiteare shown as examples of imprint quality. They are not intended to suggest that they were designed by us or are available to all customers.

Product Safety: Products supplied by Timberwolf Products are manufactured with polypropylene and polyethylene materials and are FDA food and drink approved, pigments are heavy metal free as are inks used to print the above. For information please see our ProductSafety page on our website.

Halftones & Screens: Halftones can be printed on an individual basis (normally 80 line screen). Please email artwork for review to

Ink Color Match: No charge for PMS matching. Color is matched as close as possible.

Ink Change: $20 (U) for each additional ink change within an order.

Copy Change: Available upon request, screen charges will apply.

Second Side/Wrap Imprints: A second side or wrap imprint on a 1-color is included. Please request 2-sided or wrap on yourpurchase order. Ordering not requesting 2-sided or wrap imprints will be entered as 1-sided.

Over/Under Runs: We ship exact quantities on all orders.

Ink Adhesion: All plastic items are residential top rack dishwasher safe.

PROOFS Paper Proofs: Faxed black and white proof showing imprintsize. No charge.

Email Proof: Emailed black and white proof showing imprint size. No charge.

Virtual Samples: An emailed 2 dimensional proof with logo placed on a digital photo of the item. Virtual samples show colorand placement, these are not to be used for color and print characteristic approval. $25 (R) sent with 24 hours of request. Paper or email proof required first.

Spec/Product Samples: Available upon request. Screen printed items $40 (U) per color plus regular screen charges. Allow normal lead time for spec samples (10 days). Offset printed items $100 (V) per color plus plate charges. If an order results, there will be no additional art or screen/platecharges if no changes are made. Paper proof sent before production of samples.
