An email address and password will have to be entered to gain access to the system.

Deal Registration access is located in the “Deal Registration” tab by selecting the plus sign on the navigation bar to expand your selection.
Then select “Deal Registration” to continue.

The search button must be selected to enter in an end user.
The company will need to be entered into the keyword search field, the appropriate country needs to be selected and the relevant state must be chosen.

If the company does not already exist in the database, the option to add them by selecting will appear in the lower right hand corner.
If the company does exist, the button needs to be selected to choose the appropriate account.

• Expected close date must be entered
• Name your opportunity is optional. If not entered, the name will default to the end user
• Distributor follows the same process as the end user and may or may not be optional, depending on the region

Select the appropriate product types from the drop down menu

Based on the product type selection, user must enter in the correct values for each product.
The data entered against the products will be totaled at the bottom to figure the total estimated value of the deal.

The Deal Registration is now complete.
The partner will be taken to the opportunity details pop-up where they can track the status of the registration and continue to work the deal.

This page provides a centralized location for partners to manage their deals.
A number of dynamic filters are provided to assist the partner in locating a specific deal or groups of deals.

“Restrict Opportunities to” will allow partners to view deals they registered or all deals that were registered by their company.
“Program Status” allows the partner to select programs that are active or from our legacy programs that CA has sunset.
By default, this is set to “My Assigned Only” and “Active Programs”.

The partner will be able to send a message to CA by using the “Send Message to CA” button.
The “Contact CA” dialog will pop up allowing them to enter their message.

A partner will be able to view the details of the deal by clicking on the “View Deal” icon.
The opportunity details screen will appear. The status of the deal will determine what functionality the partner has when viewing the opportunity details.

To close a deal the partner will be able to click on the “Complete Deal” icon.

“Awaiting Payment” and
routed to finance for
review. If there is no
rebate associated with
the program, the deal will
close as “Won” or “Lost”.
