When Hope Dies, We Need to See God

Isaiah 6:1-13

Intro

I. When hope dies, we need a vision of God (vs.1-4)The fundamental fact of our faith is God,

and the fundamental fact of God is that He is holy.

II. When hope dies, we need a transformation of the heart (vs. 5-7)

Even in his greatest personal strength he was undone when it was compared to God’s holiness.

However, those who come to the Lord with broken hearts do not leave with broken hearts.

III. When hope dies, we need a mission in the world (vs.8-13)

Successful witnessing: “Taking the initiative to share Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit, and leave the results to God.”
