Center Updates

From the Director

HELLO EVERYONE

OH MY!!! It has been 5 months

since we had lunch in our dining

room, music coming from our

exercise room, laughter from our

activities such as Bingo and our

Quilters groups. We have been

able to chat with a lot of you

during our Grab and Go lunches

and we have enjoyed planning our

outdoor exercise classes and

driving to see some groups of

people and bringing little goody

bags. Even with the great

programs we miss all of you so

much! We have made the difficult

decision to not open our doors at

least until January. We are here

and we are coming up with new

creative ways to show you just

how much we miss you and keep

our connections with you. We are

still going to help you with your

SHINE needs so reach out to

Andrea for a phone appointment.

We will also be scheduling Fuel

Assistance help. Procedures will

be listed below. Remember wash

your hands, stay home as much as

possible and when you go out

practice social distancing and

wear a mask. Remember our

building is closed but we are only

a phone call away.

.We Want to Know What You Want

Times have been hard so we are wondering what creative ideas

might interest you this Fall into Winter. Coming into the building

is not happening so think about ideas that we can do outdoors or

online adhering to the State and Local safety guidelines. Some

ideas may include a Zoom Book Club, Outdoor entertainment,

scavenger hunt, coloring contest etc. Let the ideas flow and we

can do the rest.

Please fill this out and either mail it to us or drop it off during Grab

and Go at 11:30am.

What activity or activities would you like to see us organize for

you?
