Borshch recipe

Ingredients:

•pork, beef or chicken - 500g.,

•cabbage - 1/3 medium head of cabbage,

•Potatoes - 4 pcs.,

•onions - 1-2 pcs.,

•carrots - 1 large piece.,

•beets - 1-2 pcs.,

•ketchup - 3 tbsp. spoons (fresh tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.)

•salt, dill and parsley, sour cream

Borsch continued•Boil broth, put some salt . When the meat is ready , remove it from the broth in a saucepan and put sliced potatoes and cut into small squares cabbage.

•Until cabbage is cooked with potatoes , cook borscht basis : julienne carrots , finely cut onions , beets and three on a coarse grater or julienne also .

•Put some oil in the frying pan, fry carrots with onion. Then , put beets and immediately add the ketchup . Also, you can put tomatoes. When it is ready , put it in a pan with cooked vegetables ( potatoes and cabbage ), all mix well , add cooked meat, greens and put keep on the heat for another 5 minutes ..
