King’s Jam is a community-run, community-owned event, which happens with the support of The Music Works, Multi-Styles Battle, Marketing Gloucester, and funding via The Gloucester Roundhouse Exchange (see back page).
Summer of Music, Arts & Culture takes place in Gloucester during July and August, and is one of a number of events where we programme and run the music stage.

Week-long programmes of music-making for children and young people with disabilities, additional needs, or who just need some extra help accessing music opportunities.
Discover lots of different ways to make music, from singing and rhythm to the latest technology which can be adapted to suit any ability.
If a young person has faced barriers to music making in the past this is an excellent way to rediscover the joy of music making.
Our staff are specialists in this area, and can find ways to engage everyone in making music. We have a comprehensive About You form which helps us to plan our events for those with additional needs, and you can also contact us to discuss any specific requirements in advance.
