Bring and use your script so guests can see that you don’t have to memorize everything. (Being perfect is going to make them think they could never do that and remember all of that info) REMEMBER….THE BEST COPYCAT WINS so DO NOT REINVENT THE WHEEL (it is painful). PRACTICE this presentation a few times by yourself.

SET UP FOR SUCCESS: Arrive 30 minutes before the party (this is crucial to party flow). You will need that time to setup the table with product and display as shown in the picture on page 1.

• If you choose to bring Arbonne beverages such as Fizz, Protein drinks or herbal tea, prepare them right away.

• Put your Detox scrub, detox lotion, RE9 cleanser, face cloths, head bands, elastics, hand towels and one mirror at the sink. Also your pens and client profile on the clip boards should be next to the sink area so you can hand it to each guest right after their scrub and detox lotion.

• Set up each guest’s spot at the table with all of the products, accessories and paperwork. Remember to make it PRETTY!

• Help your hostess with anything she needs - tidy up kitchen sink for her, chop veggies, and coach her that you will be asking her to share with her guests her favorite Arbonne products.

• Be ready, relaxed and tell yourself “I GOT THIS!” Leave your day at the door, tonight is about them.

• Ask the hostess for a tea spoon for the detox scrub.

AS GUESTS ARRIVE: Greet Each Guest When your hostess introduces them to you, say “Hi,” make small talk, and invite them to the sink area. Say, “Come on over to the sink and let me get you going with our skincare and pamper you with a hand scrub while [hostess] gets you a drink.” Tip: Start as soon as the first guest arrives. If you wait for everyone to arrive you will run too long. By the time everyone is present, you will be caught up. **The sink time is the most important time. You’re going to spend the next 5 minutes getting to

know the guest. Ask questions like, “How was your day?” “Did you work today?” “What do you do? You must love that,” “How do you know the hostess?” “Do you have kids?” “How many?” You really are just going to try and relate and find out what you have in common

with them by asking questions the entire time at the sink. This is not the time to chat about the products. SINK AREA: Introduce yourself to the guest and invite them to the sink area to start, one

at a time. “We’re doing a facial treatment tonight so we’re going to start by cleansing your face with our anti-aging cleanser.”

STEP 1: Cleanser: Instruct them on how to wash their face, i.e. “Wet your hands and put the cleanser on your fingertips, rub your fingers together to form a lather and then apply in circular motions to your face.” Have them cleanse their eye area last, then give them a wet cloth and have them

“Remove the cleanser in circular motions, as the cloth acts as an exfoliator for the skin.” (If they prefer to use the cleanser without a face cloth that’s fine too). STEP 2: DETOX SCRUB ON ONE HAND

Offer them the container to smell the line. Say, “This is our Detox scrub from our rescue and renew line.” (You can do the scrub on one hand and massage the lotion on the other hand and

forearm). Tell them, “Wet your hands and I’ll give you a teaspoon to work around your hands gently. Contains coriander seed oil and avocado oil to support the skin’s natural moisture barrier.” Give them a lap towel to dry hands

Step 3: DETOX LOTION

Once you are finished with their hand scrub, give them a squirt of the Detox renew lotion. “It’s light in texture but deeply hydrating with the help of shea butter, you’ll soon be saying goodbye to dry patches. A thirst-quencher for your skin.” Use this on their forearm.

(Massage this into their forearm while you are asking questions. If that makes you uncomfortable let them rub it in as you build rapport). STEP 4: CLIPBOARDS

Hand each guest a clipboard that has the client profile form attached. Say, “Please fill in the top part of the profile, and as we go through the presentation, add the products you are loving to this wish-list. This is not an ‘I have to buy’ list, it’s just so we know what products you’re interested and we can show you how to get 20 to 40% off of those items.” DO NOT have catalogs out; you will give these at the very end after the close. Say

“We’re going to play a game at the end, so pick a card, but NO peeking until I say”

Ok so now to try the line! Just to recap what we did at the sink, we started with the RE9 cleanser, which is the first step to our signature Anti-Aging line and then we used the detox scrub followed by the lotion. This is Arbonne’s newest detox line, Refresh & Renew. It is formulated with botanical, sustainably pure essential oils that are cold pressed or steam distilled. FC5 EXFOLIATING NEW CELL SCRUB: Fill up the bowls with warm water and ask the guests to place their towels on their laps to catch any drips.

“Now we’re going to continue with our FC5 New Cell Scrub!” This is going to be similar to what you would experience in a high-end spa but it is not going to cost you a fortune!” (Give them the equivalent to a ten cent coin on their fingertips).

“Moisten your fingertips and gently smooth on the scrub in circular motions avoiding the eye area using your orbital bone as a guide. If you have oily skin, you can let it sit for upwards of 15 minutes OR you can use it in the shower as a quick scrub to help exfoliate. SOME OF YOU MAY EXPERIENCE A SLIGHT TINGLING FEELING OR A LITTLE BIT OF HEAT. This scrub is thermal and that feeling is normal. You may also be a bit flushed afterwards which is also very normal as it brings your blood to the surface of your skin. This scrub has a fresh carrot cell extract which soothes and calms your skin and also has a rice starch, which diminishes shine. Don’t scrub too hard. This exfoliant contains jojoba beads which are plant based, unlike some companies that use a plastic micro bead in their product, which is causing havoc in the oceans and rivers, as they are not biodegradable. Ok let’s get this scrub off. To remove your mask, dip your entire facecloth in your water, (they will be using the second clean cloth) ring it out and place it over your face to loosen the mask. STEP 4: GENIUS RESURFACING PADS

STEP 5: RE9 REGENERATING TONER Show everyone it’s a spray instead of using the cotton pad, so they don't waste product on a

pad. “This is an antioxidant-rich, PH balanced mist with vitamins A,C and E. It regenerates skin tone and firmness to deliver younger looking skin. Toner is really important to help your skin prepare for the rest of your skin care regime. We love that it doesn't contain any synthetic alcohol so it won’t dry out your skin. Plus it is a spray - so you don't waste product on a cotton ball.”

Explain, “I’m going to come around and lightly spritz your entire face. I’ll hold my fingers under your chin to steady your head, close your eyes and mouth before I mist you”. Hold the spray about arm’s length back from their face so it’s a mist NOT a spray.

(Mimic this for them) and then smooth it all over your face in an upward motion. The product will last a lot longer if applied properly instead of rubbing it into your hands.

STEP 7: RE9 EYE CREAM

We have two anti-aging eye creams and you get to try them both! (Explain the products

first.)

Choice 1 is the Corrective Eye Cream for anyone who wants to diminish the look of fine lines, puffiness and dark circles.

Choice 2 is the Lifting and Contouring Eye Cream – this is for someone with more advanced signs of aging, to help the skin look firmer, toned, more plump and cushioned around the eyes. Give each person ½ a pump of the gold eye cream for one eye.

You’re going to gently tap the eye cream onto the orbital bone area of the eye (mimic

that motion) the skin underneath your eye is actually warmer than the rest of the skin on your face so you don’t need to apply the product right up underneath your eye as the product will get drawn closer to the eye when placed on the bone. You may notice a tingle with this eye cream. Either eye cream can be used with the Genius Ultra to enhance results by more effectively applying the product. Do not use this on your eye lid, just around the orbital bone.

GENIUS ULTRA Before they use the lifting eye cream, pick someone (usually the host) to demo the Ultra on.
