1) Initial discussions with key individuals across the business to gain an understanding of the key Brexit issues impacting your business now and into the future.

2) A brief report capturing those key issues as well as providing insight into the economic and political situation and potential routes ahead.

3) A workshop with senior management to consider what Brexit means for you and your business and to identify key potential risks and opportunities, develop and consider the impact of probable scenarios and identify key actions.

4) Off-line work to model and assess the impact of key risks and opportunities – working with your team complimented by EFFP expertise to produce a report for your business outlining the potential impact and a mitigation strategy.

5) Follow-up workshops/briefings as key changes and decisions are made and/or when key decisions are faced by the business.
