Working with you to define the best route out

We can work with you and your teams to analyse, consider and model the impact of Brexit as it unfolds helping you to make the best decisions at any given point in time.

We can provide advice and support to identify risks and opportunities and to help you understand the potential impact on a sector by sector basis, or more holistically across the business.

At a time of great uncertainty we can help you shape likely future scenarios and create a plan for your business in each situation.

This is backed up by a team with years of experience in helping food and farming businesses react to new and volatile situations and draw up robust and actionable strategies.

Five step approach

Our Brexit team working alongside you – a suggested approach

1) Initial discussions with key individuals across the business to gain an understanding of the key Brexit issues impacting your business now and into the future.

2) A brief report capturing those key issues as well as providing insight into the economic and political situation and potential routes ahead.

3) A workshop with senior management to consider what Brexit means for you and your business and to identify key potential risks and opportunities, develop and consider the impact of probable scenarios and identify key actions.

4) Off-line work to model and assess the impact of key risks and opportunities – working with your team complimented by EFFP expertise to produce a report for your business outlining the potential impact and a mitigation strategy.

5) Follow-up workshops/briefings as key changes and decisions are made and/or when key decisions are faced by the business.

If you would be interested in having a conversation to see whether our team could add value to your thinking in this area please get in contact.
