Client Guidelines Small business located in Texas. DBA required. Startups (<24 mo.), nonprofits, & exisng businesses welcome. Do not lend to illegal businesses, pornographic, or gambling acvies. Loan approval based on typical lending criteria (credit, collateral, and cash flow) but without constraints of regulated lender. Every loan considered on its own merits. Ineligible – acve bankruptcy, civil judgment, tax liens, outstanding child support, delinquent student loans, OFAC advisory list. Can work with individuals previously incarcerated or those with prior misdemeanor or non-violent felony convicons. Individuals with ITIN and other form of idenficaon are welcome to apply, but must have filed U.S. federal tax returns. Real-estate loans must be at least 50% owner-occupied. Debt consolidaon loans possible, except for federal tax liens. Loan Programs and Interest Rates Fixed and variable interest rates 5-15%. Terms consider borrower capacity to repay, maximum term 120 months. Microloans up to $50,000 and SBA 7A Community Advantage to $250,000.Lines of Credit available up to $100,000. Startups need relevant experience, outside source of income, 10-20% equity injecon. Interest rate discounts available for high community impact, veteran status, and other special programs.
