HISTORY
• Sir John Herschel introduced the word photography.• First photography camera was
invented in 1st decades of 19th century.• French inventor Nicphore Niepec made
the 1st permanent photograph with a camera obscura.

How a Camera works…
When the shutter of a camera is opened, light passes through the lens and onto the film. The film is covered with chemicals that create a pattern of light on the film. This becomes the negative.
