What is PCM ?

PCM is used with T-1 carrier system.This carrier system combine the PCM signals from many lines and transmit them over a single cable or other medium.

PCM means Pulse Code ModulationThe process of converting an Analog signal to a Digital signal or vice versaT1 is also known as DS1 (1.544Mbps extended to 2Mbps)
