This is the standard rate which can

be found on Melia.com. It can be

offered to your clients if they are

not a member of the Meliá Rewards

program. It can be booked either

with net or retail price.

Meliá Rewards is Meliá Hotels International

consumer loyalty program, if your client is a

member, you can book this rate for them to enjoy

the benefits of the program.

If your client is not yet a Meliá Rewards member,

you can sign them up during this booking process.

When booking the Meliá Rewards rate, add your

client’s loyalty number, so they accumulate points

for this stay. This is a very important step.

Commission Payment

By booking on MELIÁ PRO, you can earn up to 16% commission.

Whether booking the retail rate or the net rate, your commission will

remain the same:

– The Americas Resort properties: 16%

– The Americas Urban Hotels: 12%

• When booking the net rate, your commission is realized as you

charge your customer the retail rate and you pay the net rate with

the agency credit card.

• When booking the retail rate, commission will be paid after client’s

departure via wire transfer or by check, depending on the property

booked.

MELIÁ PRO Rewards is the new loyalty program for you, the travel professional,

with even more advantages. If you were a Mas Amigos member, all points and

records will be transferred to MELIÁ PRO Rewards. You can access it through

MELIAPRO.com by clicking My Account.

credits the points after your client’s departure.

To register Tour Operator bookings, go to:

My Points > Earning Points > Making reservations with Tour Operators. The reporting window is 90 days from client’s departure.

What You Can Do With Points

Using MELIÁ PRO Rewards Points

MELIÁ PRO Rewards points collected by the member can be redeemed for free stays at Meliá Hotels International establishments, as well as other services.

Bookings must be made through the meliapro.com website, or the MELIÁ PRO Rewards Customer Service Centre, using the redeem only (points only) or mixed (part points and part cash) booking options.

Terms and Conditions for points bookings: • Points stays will not be accepted without a prior booking . • MELIÁ PRO Rewards members can redeem points to make bookings until the last available room is available . •Flat-rate bookings made with points will be held until 6:00 pm. After this time the room will be made available again. If the flat rate is not available , than the booking can be made with any other rate. • If the member fails to show up at the hotel, the points will not be refunded to the account, unless the booking had been cancelled in advance.
